Starting in September 2023, I have an office with chairs! While you might still feel more "comfy" meeting on telehealth, I am pleased to be able to offer the opportunity to meet in-person once again.

  • After entering through the lobby doors
    • Take the elevator on your right to the 3rd floor.
    • Sign-in at the tablet. (Please use an "X" or a fake name to maintain your confidentiality.)
    • Have a seat and I'll meet you!
If our session is after 5pm or on a weekend, the doors and elevator will be locked.  Please send me a text when you arrive and I'll meet you.

Preparing for Sessions

Before our first session, please complete the intake paperwork in your Client Portal.  If we are meeting online, please test the telehealth platform and your internet connection before our first session.  (Some web browsers work better than others.) 

Telehealth Appointments

​Telehealth sessions are held online at doxy.me/reikocordeiro (a secure telehealth platform) where you'll be prompted to enter your name and then greeted in a "waiting room" for your appointment.  For the best experience, make sure you have a strong internet connection.  If you'd prefer, we can also meet by phone--call my phone at 503-567-9873 at your scheduled appointment time. **If we get disconnected, I will call you immediately.** 

"What if I have to reschedule/cancel a session?"
Understandably, there may be times when you just can't make it to an appointment.  As a courtesy, please allow at least 24-hour notice of a session cancellation. Sessions rescheduled/cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice may be charged a $50 fee which cannot be billed to insurance.

Fees

​Individual session - $120
Couple/Partner/Family session - $150
Prepare-Enrich assessment - $80
Group Counseling session - $40 (usually 90 minutes)
Clinical Supervision - $100

*Sessions are 50 minutes

What forms of payment do you accept? 
Cash, personal checks, and credit cards using Stripe in your client portal. Clients are responsible for full payment of fees due at each session.

Do you accept my insurance?
I may be able to bill some insurances in- or out-of-network for services and will discuss copays, etc. with you before providing services.
